This person will be responsible for porting our current analyzer application to java. This person will be working on a fantastic team that is interested in pushing the current technology to its limits. If you love java, find network programming interesting and either have experience working with an object database or want to learn then this could be the opportunity to learn.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Port analyzer to java adding features and improving performance
• Co-Write specifications for the analyzer 2.0
• Work with API engineer and database engineer to ensure compatibility with existing products
• Provide documentation for source code

Skills Required:

• C/C++
• Java
• Multi threaded programming
• Network programming
• Object database not a requirement but a big plus

Professional Experience Required:

• At least 5 years experience in software engineering
• Experience developing with Java
• No management experience required

Education:

• Undergraduate degree in math, physics or computer science a plus.
